As I was informed by Dr. Arif Albayrak, himself a cartoonist, who had organized the Cartoon Festival for the last years, five caricaturists were given a golden Pulya award for their work.

3.Agim Krasniqi Kragi Prizren / Kosova

4.Mustafa Tozakı Nicosia / TRNC

5.Serkan Sürek Famagusta / TRNC

I did visit the festival grounds one afternoon when I was visiting a friend in the area and could take some pictures of the work done during the days of workshop but could not meet any of the artists. It is interesting to see how the caricaturists see the problems of our world.
