DEPOSITS OF EXHIBITS (SERGİLENECEK ESERLERİN TESLİMİ)
· Should be left by exhibitors at Bellapais Monastery, on
Monday 2nd Nov. 2009 between 10 am – 2 pm
(Sergilenecek eserler Pazartesi 2/11/09 de saat 10-14 arası Bellapais Manastırına getirilmelidir.)
· No exhibits can be accepted after 2 pm on Monday 6th November.
(Saat 14 ‘ten sonar eserler teslim alınmayacaktır)
OPENING OF EXHIBITION (AÇILIŞ)
· The exhibition will be opened on the evening of Tuesday 3rd November at 6.00 pm
(Sergi 3/11/09 de saat 18,00 de açılacaktır.)
SALES (SATIŞ)
· At the Exhibition, when someone wishes to purchase an exhibit, a red sticker will be placed on it, and the purchaser’s name and telephone number will be recorded .
(Satılan eser üzerine kırmızı stiker konacak ve alıcının adı ve tel nosu kaydedilecektir.)
· When the exhibition is over, payment will be made by purchasers to the AngloTurkish Association members on duty. Exhibitors can collect their money from the ATA’s members on duty (less 5% commission for the organization of the exhibition).
(Sergi sonunda alıcı ücreti ATA görevlisine ödeyecek ve sanatcı da parasını %5 komisyon çıktıktan sonra görevliden alacaktır.)
COLLECTION OF EXHIBITS (ESERLERİN ARANMASI)
· Please collect exhibits on 6th Nov. between 4 pm – 5 pm ( After 5 pm non collected items will be carried to IŞIL (next to Digiturk) where you can collect them at the earliest possible time.)
(Eserler salondan 6/11/08 de saat 16,00-17,00 arası alınacaktır. Aranmayan eserler daha sonar IŞIL mağazası (Bellapais Çevre Yolu / Digitürk yanı) adresinden alınabilecektir.)
SECURITY (GÜVENLİK)
· There will be ATA member on duty during exhibition hours. Due care will be taken of the exhibits but neither the ATA nor the Bellapais guards can be held responsible for loss or damage.
(Sergi süresince salonda bir Yönetim Kurulu üyesi görev yapacaktır . Ancak ne ATA ne de Bellapais görevlileri herhangi bir kayıp veya zarardan sorumlu değildir.)
