| Ideogramma in cooperation with the Goethe-Institut Cyprus and other partners organizes the Poetry Slam Cyprus 2017. The Poetry Slam Cyprus 2017 is a poetry competition, in which participants read their original work, dramatising the reading at the same time. Each poet-performer has a maximum of 3 minutes to present his/her poem in front of a 5 member jury and the public.
The competition, in which slam-poets from 6 countries are participating, is taking place at the ARTos Foundation on 27 and 28 of March 2017 at 8 p.m. Amongst them is Julian Heun, the slam-poet, who is going to represent the german slam-poetry scene in Cyprus. In addition to the competition he will give a performance together with the slam-performer from Spain at the cultural bar “1984” on 26 March 2017, at 8.30 p.m. in Lefkosa, in the north part of Nicosia.
