 From Oct 09-15, 2014, two of our TC well known caricaturists were taking part in an exhibition organised by KAR Comics under the sponsorship of ‘EU Comenius Project’ an educational project,  to showcase Turkish and Turkish Cypriot caricatures.

Hüseyin Çakmak and Cemal Tunceri were representing North Cyprus. I know the two artists very well, their life stories and career are included in my new book ‘Art and Creativity in North Cyprus’ which will soon be published.  I received the article from ‘Yeni Akrep’ which is the North Cypriot Cartoon.
