1.
AMAÇ: 26 Haziran, Uluslararası Uyuşturucu Kullanımı ve Kaçakçılığı ile
Mücadele Günü dolayısıyla, farkındalığı artırmak ve sanat yoluyla görsel
bağlamda etkili olacak şekilde, hayatın güzel yönlerini ön plana koymak
amacıyla konu ile mücadele eden paydaşlar olarak fotoğraf yarışma ve sergisi
düzenlemektir.

KONU: Uyuşturucuya Değil Yaşamın Güzelliklerine Sarılalım
3. YARIŞMANIN KATEGORİSİ;
Yarışma ve Sergi, renkli olmak
üzere tek kategoride düzenlenecektir.
4. YARIŞMA ve SERGİ TAKVİMİ:
Yarışmaya Başvuru Tarihi: 5 Haziran, 2015
Son Başvuru Tarihi: 19 Haziran, 2015
Sergileme Tarihi ve Yeri: 26 Haziran-3 Temmuz
tarihlerinde Saçaklı Ev’de yer
alacaktır.
5. KATILIM KOŞULLARI:
a)
17 yaşını
doldurmuş, fotoğraf sanatı ile ilgilenen her KKTC vatandaşı yarışmaya katılabilecektir.
b)
Katılım
ücretsizdir
c)
Yarışmaya
aşağıda tanımlarıyla belirtilen kategoride
eser kabul edilecektir , tanımı verilen kategoriye uymayan eserler elenecektir
ve/veya değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
d) Fotoğraf kategorisi renkli serbest olup:
Renkli Serbest Fotoğraf:
i) Konu bütünlüğü bulunan ve fotoğraf kurallarına uygun olan, doğada
bulunan tüm renklerin tek bir fotoğraf karesinde serbest bir şekilde
kullanıldığı çalışma renkli fotoğraf kategorisine girer.
ii) Hangi fotoğrafik araç kullanılırsa kullanılsın,
orijinal görüntü fotoğrafçı tarafından çekilmiş olmalıdır. Orijinal görüntüye
yapılacak her türlü müdahale ve değişiklik, hataların hafif bir rötuşu ile
sınırlı olup, orijinal görüntünün içeriğini değiştirmemelidir.
e) Yurt içinde düzenlenmiş herhangi bir yarışma
veya sergide ödül ve/veya sergileme
almış
fotoğraflar yarışmaya katılamaz. Daha önce ödül ve sergileme almış fotoğraflar
renk
tonları veya renkleri veya kadrajı değiştirilse dahi, fotoğrafın geçmişteki ile
ayni
veya
benzer olmasından dolayı farklı bir fotoğraf olarak kabul edilmez ve yarışmaya
katılamaz.
f) Katılımcılar
yarışmaya, en az 3 (üç) en çok 5 (beş) eser verebilirler.
g) Yarışmaya
gönderilecek fotoğraflar, dijital olarak jpeg formatında, kısa kenarı
maksimum 40cm ve 300dpi olarak CD ortamında teslim edilecektir. Teslim kurallarına
uymayan
fotoğraflar elenecektir.
h) Katılımcı, yarışmaya gönderdiği
fotoğrafların tümüyle kendisine ait olduğunu ve tüm
izinlerin
alındığını taahhüt eder. Bu madde ve şartnameye uymayan eserlerin tespiti
halinde,
bu konumdaki eserlerin almışsa ünvanı,
derecesi ve her türlü kazanımları geri
alınır,
yerine başka eser konmaz, kural ihlali işlemi uygulanır ve derece ile ödül yeri
boş
bırakılır.
i) Tamamen bilgisayar yazılımlarıyla, montajlama
yolu ile oluşturulmuş ( kolaj ya da
fotoğrafın orjinal özelliğini bozacak
herhangi bir öğenin eklenmiş ve/veya var olan bir
öğenin
çıkartılmış ) olması durumunda eserler yarışma dışı bırakılırlar.
j) Yarışmaya gönderilecek fotoğraflarda orjinal
özelliğini bozmayacak kadrajlamalar,
kontrast, aydınlık ve renk ayarları kabul
edilecektir.
k) Yarışmaya başvuracak her katılımcı üzerinde
7 (yedi) rakamdan oluşan bir rumuzun
(ör.
1234567) yazacağı kapalı zarf içerisinde, üzerinde ayni rumuzun yazacağı CD’yi
“Alındı
Belgesi” karşılığında Başbakanlık Uyuşturucu ile Mücadele Komisyonu’na
(0533
8602060 ) teslim edecektir.

CD’de
sadece yarışmaya verilecek eserlerin, yüksek çözünürlükte (g) bendinde
belirtilen ölçülerde) birer kopyası yer alacakken, CD’nin üzerinde ve içinde kayıtlı
eserlerin herhangi bir yerinde katılımcının kimliğini belirten herhangi bir
yazı veya işaret bulunmamalıdır. Katılımcılar tüm fotoğrafları için tek bir
rumuz kullanmalıdır. Kullanılacak rumuz, katılımcıların kimlik numarası ve
cep/ev telefon numaraları veya doğum tarihleri ile benzerlik göstermemelidir. Yalnızca
katılımcının rumuzu, varsa eserin ismi ve ölçüleri yazılmalıdır (ör.1234567-
Mutluluk – 40x60cm).

Zarf
içerisinde ayrıca, katılımcının adı, soyadı, ev ve işyeri, (varsa) GSM telefon
numaraları ve e-mail adresini içeren A4 sayfasının yarısını geçmeyen tarih, olay
esasına dayanan, fotoğraf sanatı esaslı ve katılımcının son üç yıl içerisinde
yer aldığı etkinlikleri içeren özgeçmişi ile KKTC Kimlik Kartı fotokopisi yer almalıdır.
l) Katılımcı “Alındı Formu”nu imzalandığı andan
itibaren yarışmanın tüm şartlarını
kabul etmiş sayılır. Ayrıca katılımcı,
yarışmaya gönderdiği eserleriyle ilgili olarak
yaşanabilecek herhangi bir yasal sorunun
sorumlusu olduğunu kabul, beyan ve
taahhüt eder.
m) Sergileme
alan ve Ödüle layık bulunan eserlerin
baskısı Organizasyona aittir.
n) Ödül almaya değer görülen eserler
organizasyon komitesine bırakılacaktır.
Komisyon,
USAM ve Kıbrıs Yeşilay eser sahibinin ismini belirtmek kaydı ile bu
eserleri ticari amaç dışında kullanmakta
özgürdür.
o) Yarışmada ödül ve sergileme alan
fotoğraflar, sahiplerinin isimleri belirtilmek
kaydıyle
ayrıca bir telif hakkı ödenmeden Uyuşturucu ile Mücadele Komisyonu
USAM
ve Kıbrıs Yeşilay tarafından afiş, broşür, katalog, basılı materyal ve digital
ortamlarda
kullanabileceklerdir.
p) Seçici Kurul’un sergilemeye
uygun bulduğu eserler organizasyon tarafından
bastırılacak olup katılımcılardan herhangi
bir bedel tahsil
edilmeyecektir.Sergileme alan eserler, sergi bitiminden sonra sanatçılara
verilecektir. Eserlerin, Lefkoşa Saçaklı
Ev’de sergilenmesinin ardından, söz
konusu olduğunda KKTC’nin farklı
şehirlerinde ve yurtdışında da
sergilenebilecektir
r) Sergilerin bitiminden sonra
geçen bir (1) ay içerisinde aranmayan eserlerden
organizasyon sorumlu tutulmaz. Yarışmaya gönderilen CD’ler geri iade
edilmeyecektir.
6- SON KATILIM TARİHİ:
Katılımcılar, yarışmaya sunacakları içinde CD, katılım formu ve kimlik
fotokopisinin yer alacağı rumuzlu zarfı, en geç 19
Haziran, 2015 tarihine kadar mesai saatleri içerisinde Başbakanlık
Uyuşturucu ile Mücadele Komisyonu’na (0533 8602060 ) “ Alındı” belgesi karşılığında
teslim edeceklerdir. Ayrıntı ve şartname aynı adresten temin edilebilir.
7- DEĞERLENDİRME VE ÖDÜL:
a)
Yarışmaya
gönderilecek eserler, Seçici Kurulun saptayacağı yöntem ile değerlendirilecektir.
b)
Seçici Kurul
üyeleri tarafından sergilenmeye değer bulunan eserler içerisinden, 3 tanesine
sıralama yapılmaksın Başarı Ödülü verilecektir. En fazla eseri sergilemeye
değer bulunmuş katılımcıya teşvik amaçlı ödül verilecektir.
c)
Seçici Kurul
ödüllerin tümünü veya bir kısmını dağıtıp dağıtmamakta serbesttir.
d) Seçici Kurul değerlendirme sonucunu iki
nüshadan oluşan “Değerlendirme Tutanağı” ile saptar. Bu tutanak Seçici Kurul üyelerince
imzalanır.
8. JÜRİ VE ÖDÜLLER-Bilahare açıklanacaktır

5. CONDITIONS of PARTICIPATION:
