– says Tiziana Zennaro, UNDPPFF.
By creating high-quality public spaces and renovating several buildings’ facades
overlooking the main streets of the village, the project, that cost around 185,000
Euros, aimed to return the village to its economic activities while raising awareness
on the importance of conducting sustainable restoration by combining original
materials with modern techniques.
A street gallery exhibition, featuring pictures of the village before and after the
restoration, will be inaugurated during the ceremony guiding visitors through an
historical and architectural sightseeing of the village.
