On request of TRNC residents, who were not able to attend the readings in 2008/9, Hans Doeleman (founder of the
Medieval Cyprus Fellowship) will again deliver his illustrated introduction to the start of the Crusades movement
and the important part that Cyprus played during the Third Crusade and later.

Also on request: the reading is in the afternoon, because many people don't want to drive at night.

It will be an extended version of the 2008/9 readings (with new maps, pictures and updated text). The reading is called:

Richard the Lionheart's conquest of Cyprus in 1191
